The Pokemon Upgrade Item - A Special Evolution item upgrade That Helps Trainers Evolve Certain Pokemon Into More Powerful Forms

The upgrade item is an evolution item that allows trainers to evolve certain Pokemon in more powerful forms. It is produced by a company called Silph Co.
