Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components

A specific item can be used to transform certain Pokemon. The upgrade can be obtained by spinning a photo disc and can be offered as a reward during Pokemon GO events.

Upgrades can be applied to weapons, armors trinkets, weapons, as well as gathering tools to raise their item level. The upgrade costs Flightstones or crests based on the kind of item.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to trinkets, armors, weapons and gathering tools to increase attributes or other bonuses while the equipment being used. Upgrade components can only be used on equipment with an upgrade slot. Most upgrade components also require that the item being upgraded is above a certain level. Some upgrade items also have special visual effects when they are applied to an item. There are various upgrade components, each with various bonuses. Universal upgrades such as gems and inscriptions are able to be applied to any type of equipment. They provide fewer bonuses than the other types of upgrade components. Infusions can be used on legendary and non-amulet items, while enrichments can be used on some back equipment that is ascended. The majority of upgrade components can be replaced when they are slotted into an item, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade. The exceptions are glyphs (which can only be used in gathering tools) and enchantments, which are able to be removed and reinserted freely.

Insignias Enchantments, insignias, and prefix/suffix upgrades will appear in the hover display of the item, and they will be added to the equipment's name (e.g. a Radiant Insignia will change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will display the number of upgrades that have been added to it.

Glyphs

Glyphs are special characters that can be inserted into an OpenType font to add decorative or functional elements, like ligatures, ornaments, fractions and swashes registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs panel allows you to see and insert these particular characters, as well as standard glyphs such as em dashes, en dashes registered trademark symbols and glyphs that don't appear in other fonts (such as dingbats).

Each Glyph provides an initial boost to the stats of the character. The glyph can also have up to four secondary stats that will influence its radius on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a %-increase that is multiplied when other bonuses have been applied, with the exception of Speed Glyphs which directly increase the hero's speed.

Selecting the Glyphs and then clicking "enchant" will activate the Glyphs. This will open a new window showing the Glyphs you have that can be applied to the selected item upgrader kit. Note that only the right kind of Glyph can be applied to the item you are looking for in that each weapon, piece of jewelry or armor piece can have distinct sets of Glyphs.

Glyphs can be improved by running Nightmare Dungeons or completing Tree of Whisper quests. The more difficult the Dungeon is, the more Glyph experience you'll gain. Once a Glyph is at level 15 it can be upgraded on the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The radius of the Paragon Board grows by one node for every 15 levels that a Glyph is upgraded.

Once a glyph has been leveled up to the desired level, you can activate it by selecting it and then clicking the "enchant" button. The resulting Glyph will give its stated bonus, and also boost other nodes within its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be placed in areas that will benefit your building the most. This is why you should consider Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Rare glyphs may also offer double bonuses if certain conditions can be met.

If you're having trouble finding a particular glyph, click the cycle widget on the Glyphs panel to show the panel in a variety of views. Each of these views shows the Glyphs using a different font. You can narrow down the list of glyphs further by selecting an option below "Entire Font": for example, punctuation only shows punctuation glyphs; Math Symbols reduces the choices to mathematical symbols.

Rerolling

Rerolling is a process in which you open a new account to give yourself more opportunities to pull a character or weapon that you are interested in. It can help you level up faster or to get better loot, like an improved weapon for your character. Many players reroll until they get the characters they like regardless of their abilities. It could be that they like the design or personality of the character.

When you reroll, you have to ensure that the changes you are making are safe. This means you should check locally that the patch is able to pass the pre-commit checks and conduct a core development test. Rerolls can take days or weeks to complete, based on the luck of the draw. To save time, avoid enemy camps that are optional during this time. Also, avoid repeating quests that you can complete later on in the game. This will save time and energy.

Another important aspect to consider when rerolling is to be sure that you are aware of the upgrade system. There are many ways to improve your character's power and appearance. Upgrades, rerolling characters or upgrading weapons are all options. It is also crucial to know the limitations of the system.

Sets

A set is an object collection having two common attributes (like the number or eggs in a dozen or the members of a group). Sets allow for operations like intersection, union and difference.

Upgrades make a set item better than before. For armor and weapons this means it will gain a higher base defense value as well as an lower strength requirement, and a lower level requirement.

Upgrading can be an excellent way to bring popular single-set items into the same level as their higher-tier set counterparts.
