WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades can give you an increase in specific stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an item by 3. A random extra substat is also increased with every upgrade.

The upgraded gear is usually more useful, unless the item has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like Eth Titan weapons). The latter are less valuable from upgrading due to the necessity to roll to get a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear by transferring the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied on any type of weapon or armor. The item used to upgrade the item will be consumed and cannot be used again. Upgrades can also be used to create the enchantments.

The upgrader can be found in every major city, and is accessible anytime to upgrade your gear. To keep your gear current, it is recommended that you visit the upgrader each couple of weeks.
