We process only the minimum personal information necessary to handle product, quotation, technical, transaction, and other inquiries submitted through this website, and we destroy such information in accordance with established procedures once the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
We process personal information collected through website inquiries to receive, review, and respond to product inquiries, quotation requests, technical inquiries, transaction-related inquiries, and other customer inquiries, and to provide any necessary follow-up contact. When submitting an inquiry, users may provide name, company name, phone number, e-mail address, and inquiry details. However, if an inquiry results in an actual transaction or contract and applicable law requires related transaction records to be retained, such records may be kept for the period prescribed by law.
